One of the biggest struggles as an assisted living administrator is working with a clinician whose caseload is so large that it takes days for a response. In today’s world of viruses and liability, I can’t wait days when I am concerned about a resident’s health. Our provider, Jennifer Hagan, usually responds to me in less than an hour anytime I need her. I had a COVID concern and she contacted me even on the weekend. Having the ability to develop a personal relationship with a provider in my facility offers better and more personalized care for my residents.
