NC Elder Care is an established geriatric care company based out of High Point, North Carolina. We are currently embedded in central North Carolina while continuing to grow throughout the eastern and western part of the state. One of our many focuses is on local providers giving exceptional care. We pride ourselves in working cohesively with long-term care facilities to meet their unique goals and needs. NC Elder Care offers specialized care in skilled nursing and assisted living facilities, group homes and behavior health centers. We are committed to helping every facility achieve their goals and improving the continuum of care for the elderly population in North Carolina.
Our in-house physician services for internal medicine care are contracted between NC Elder Care and the resident. All other contracts are building contracts between NC Elder Care and the facility. With this being said, all cost is submitted to patients’ insurance, there are no charges to the individual facilities. NC Elder Care accepts all major health insurances.
