What types of positions do you typically hire for?

We hire for both clinical and administrative roles. These may include nurse practitioners, physicians, physician assistants, billing specialists, and home office staff.

Do you offer part-time or flexible positions?

Yes. Depending on the role and facility needs, we may offer flexible or part-time schedules. Let us know what you’re looking for!

Do I need long-term care experience to apply?

While experience in elder care is a plus, it’s not required for all positions. We’re happy to train compassionate professionals who are eager to learn.

Where are your job opportunities located?

NC Elder Care serves long-term care communities across central, eastern, and western North Carolina. Your location may determine which openings are best suited for you.
