She has been a nurse for 8 years specializing in women’s and children care (L&D, High-Risk ICU/OB, Postpartum, and Antenatal). April continued to develop her knowledge as a professional with years of work with the frail elderly population and adults in acute care (hospital) settings from cardiac observation, general medical/surgical, and oncology. She is a mom to a 12-year-old, 7th grader and two fur pups (Teany and Coco). She is the baby of three sisters. April loves traveling and enjoying time with family and friends.

April has always had a passion to care for people of all ages. She chose geriatric care because it provides her the comfort of knowing she is caring for those vulnerable and in need of truly passionate care. They have lived their lives and now is time for them to rest and be taken well care of. She thoroughly enjoys spending time getting to know her patients individually and building the unique bond to be able to provide the best care.
