Jennifer Hagan is an Adult-Geriatric Primary Care Nurse Practitioner, board certified by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. Jennifer began her career in nursing in 2013 and has been a nurse practitioner since 2018. Previous work experience includes working as a floor nurse on a cardiac/step down unit for 3 years, working as a floor nurse in an intensive care unit for 2.5 years, and now working as a nurse practitioner in a skilled nursing facility since October 2018.
Jennifer grew up in Asheboro, North Carolina. She is married and with one dog and two cats. She has always loved working with the older adult population and looks forward to beginning a career that allows her to do just that. She currently cares for patients at a local skilled nursing facility and an assisted living facility providing a wide range of health care needs, from health maintenance, chronic care management, acute care management, and end of life care.
