Dr. Imran Haque, MD- Chief Medical Officer/Founder

Dr. Imran Haque is an internal medicine physician with offices located in Asheboro and High Point North Carolina.  He grew up locally in Greensboro, NC.  He received his undergraduate degree from North Carolina State University and went on to medical school at Iberoamerican Medical University.  He completed his internal medicine training at the University of Virginia Internal Medicine program at Roanoke-Salem.  He has been practicing locally for nearly 20 years.  Dr. Haque has served as Chief of Medicine at local hospitals and is currently medical director of several skilled nursing facilities, assisted livings, group homes, and hospice.  Dr. Haque prides himself in providing compassionate and attentive care to all of us patients.

Adrienne Averette- Sales and Marketing Director

Adrienne graduated from North Carolina State University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication and a minor in Health, Medicine, and Human Values. While at NC State, Adrienne was a 4-year member of the Varsity Cheerleading program and was recognized as a scholar-athlete. After graduating from College in 2006, Adrienne began her career with AstraZeneca Pharmaceuticals as a Pharmaceutical sales representative. While at AstraZeneca, Adrienne won many awards including the most prestigious sales award, Circle of Excellence, which recognizes the top 5% of the sales force. With nearly 14 years with AZ, Adrienne performed many roles including district training champion, served on regional medicine boards, becoming a senior pharmaceutical sales representative and most recently serving as a diabetes sales specialist. Upon switching careers in 2021, Adrienne began working with NC Elder Care and found a love for serving the Long-Term Care industry. Adrienne lives in Albemarle NC, where she enjoys time spent outside of work with her husband and two beautiful girls who love dance, gymnastics, and soccer. They spend summers on Lake Tillery and Fall cheering on the NC State Wolfpack.

Thomas Antony Thomas, OT/L – Director of Rehab Operations

Thomas graduated from the University of North Carolina Greensboro with a Bachelors in Psychology and went on to earn his Masters in Occupational Therapy from Lenoir Rhyne University in Hickory, North Carolina. Thomas moved to North Carolina 14 years ago and has grown to love everything about the beautiful state he calls home. He enjoys playing soccer and stays active whenever possible. The most rewarding aspect of his career is knowing wherever he starts and maintains services, he will make a difference in people’s lives. Being part of the rehabilitation world since the age of 14, it has naturally become his life’s mission to be committed to helping service those that need it the most.

Scott Diciuccio, -Director of Imaging

Scott has over 20 years of ultrasound experience along with 13 years of varicose vein and spider vein treatment experience. Scott graduated from Mountain State University in Beckley, WV with a Bachelor of Science in Diagnostic Medical Sonography in May of 2000 and was certified for venous reflux and varicose vein procedures through Angio Dynamics in New Jersey, September 2017. Scott is our Director of Imaging and oversees all existing and new radiology operations with over 14 years of his career working for Dr. Imran P. Haque in his Asheboro and High Point, NC locations, along with traveling the state performing yearly health screenings to our assisted living and elderly patients. He also assists physicians with all office-based routine and emergent ultrasounds, surgical procedures and performing patient education to new and existing patients. During the pandemic Scott completed Psychological First Aid in April of 2020 and Covid-19 Contract Tracing in June of 2020 from John Hopkins University to be able to offer those skills to our practices.

Tresa Diciuccio- Patient Care Coordinator

Tresa is one of NC Elder Cares Patient Care Coordinators. She has been serving our facilities and residents since 2017.
