Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Gina Ingle, Psychotherapist for NC Eldercare, was born and raised in NC. While attending the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, she was a Child Welfare Collaborative Scholarship recipient receiving both her Bachelors and Master’s degree in Social Work with a specialization in individuals and families. Gina has an extensive psychiatric background. Since 2012, Gina has served diverse populations suffering from mental health and physical/emotional comorbidites. Her previous experience includes therapy within the homeless community and refugee communities as well as the emergency department and acute care settings. With the realization that the mind and body are one, Gina utilizes an evidenced-based, eclectic, patient-focused therapy approach with her patients including cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, mindfulness, acceptance therapy, brief grief therapy as well as behavioral modification therapy and conflict resolution.
